Ingredients

  • 250 gms of wheat flour
  • 125 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons ghee or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry wheat flour for covering
  • 1 teaspoon oatmeal

Directions

  • Step 1 :Put the dough in a large bowl or pan and add salt and oregano and add a small spoon of ghee or oil.

  • Step 4 :After 15 minutes, add a little ghee or oil to that dough, take a little more water and keep it for 5 minutes.
